'Reporter', a new malayalam news channel will start its operations by january 2011 from kochi. The financial back up of the channel will be from Indo-asian news channel private limited comprising some prominant NRI figures. The managing director of the channel will be M.V. Nikesh kumar. A well equipped studio complex at kalamassery is on the verge of completion. Central minister mullapally ramachandran inaugurated its administrative office in kochi yesterday. The channel authorities are trying all means to get license from central ministry at the earliest.
